  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
